2.0 pound diagonal peen hammer. This hammer is a piece of functional art forged in small batches. Made from 1045 steel and fully heat treated. Hammer faces are given a satin finish and the opposing side of the peen has a slightly rounded face, perfect for all around work. These beautiful hammers are hung on a 14” octagonal hickory handle with a slight coke bottle shape, lightly scorched, and coated with tung oil and a custom paste wax, which feel wonderful in the hand.
